Official 2016 Christmas Card and ATC SWAP

Ladies I have some fun ideas for my cards and ATC's!!! It is really getting me in a festive mood just thinking about it!
Reminder deadline is the end of November!!

Thanks for the reminder ... I am well on the way with my cards. But I totally blank out on the ATG. If I don't have a great idea, would it be ok to opt out?

So sad to say that I'll have to opt out :/ was planning on making it all this week but it's been a very emotionally stressful week and colds and blah. Next week isn't looking any better when it comes to crafty time as it looks like I'll be working quite a lot. Have been playing with some ideas in my head to spread some of the traditional Swedish Christmas feel.

The problem is the shipping I'm afraid plus I work late at least two nights (probably more). Tomorrow I look forward to at least 12 hours of work but I'll give it a shot!!

I totally understand Anna!! I work long days like that often. And you have little ones so I can't imagine how hard it is. You feel at the end of the day like you can barely talk right??

I did a few ATCs last night and it was a blast! I might be hooked on these little cards. I've only made them once before (2007-ish?) and totally forgot how fun that size is to play with.

Question for Denise - is the back supposed to be decorative as well? Or at least not a jumble of loose threads and ink splotches? You mentioned hanging them up, so I wondered how everyone usually finishes the backside?

I found the answer somewhere - Denise suggested we write our names on the back, so I left mine mostly unfinished under my name. I hope that's ok!

Glad you had fun. That is what it's all about!!

FYI the backs can be decorative or not. I usually don't make mine decorative but just sign them. Lots of people make them 2 sided. Either way is okay!

Hi Denise.....I'm sorry that I will have to opt out of the card/ATC swap. My 88 yr. old mother is losing her memory at a horrific rate and unfortunately does not think she needs help. Trying to keep one step ahead of her at this point.
