You are turning European for sure Cathi!

I used to be all about Earl Grey with milk and sugar. I don't "do" sugar any more and if I'm going to have caffeine, it might as well be coffee! With Half and half, just a splash.

Love me some black tea, green and oolong but will drink rooisboos in the evening. The brands I LOVE are Mariage Freres and Lupicia......we came back from Paris last fall with over 5.5 kilos of assorted teas. HA! What about you?

I like black tea strong and really, really hot with just a splash of milk or lemon. HOT is the key adjective!

I don't drink much tea, but when I do it is unsweetened ice tea. I don't much care what kind. I don't really like hot drinks at all. Well that is not entirely true -- hot buttered rum or hot chocolate, but luckily I have these rarely.

I love Earl Grey with milk. And I never add sugar to any kind of tea.

Kathy you don't make a good Southerner! LOL!! I'm teasing. Is DC considered part of the South?

I had a patient tell me that if I didn't drink sweet tea I wasn't a true Southerner. Good thing I guess cos Virginia isn't where I'm from.

Usually unsweetened ice tea, but when I drink hot tea it's with milk and sugar like my dad taught me.

With regard to DC being "Southern," the saying is that DC has all the charm of a Northern city and the efficiency of a Southern one.

"gorgeous" as my Gran would say! Yes to strong Irish tea with milk but no sugar unless I am tired and then I do put some in for a pick me up.

I don't really like tea. At all. I know. I'm a heathen. So when I drink it, I have to "adulterate" it big time. Honey and a splash of milk for most teas, except when I'm sick, I drink green tea with honey and LOTS of lemon! :)

I haven't really had tea much lately, but I love most kinds. Earl Grey hot with a touch of honey, lemon ginger herbal tea, and a Japanese green tea with roasted rice in it are some faves. Now I'm craving some of that Japanese green tea - the roasted rice gives it a wonderful nutty flavour!

I take my tea hot, no sugar, with full cream milk.

I was horrified when I moved to Australia to find they don't really have half and half here! I know, its shocking.
My mother in law is generally pretty horrified I take my tea with whole milk.
