AUGUST REVEAL: RAK #2 Favorite Summer Activity

Hi girls,
I am hibernating inside due to 100+ heat ad monsoon weather + humidity! Even my puppy didn't want to go out for her walk!
Right now I'm visiting my Grandkiddies and 3 dogs+ my puppy...I think this is one of my favorite ways to spend summer...curled up on couch reading books on our Kindles with the kids, dogs laying at our feet and waiting for pizza to be delivered...to hot to cook!
Brilliant!

Loving the lazy mornings, being at the lake cabin, swimming, and eating ice cream.

Lisa, that sounds perfect really. I love that summer allows you to be a little lazy...if you can!

ScrappTams, oh marshmallows...yum...we have not done that yet with our daughter.

Carolyn, oh how fun!

hylagan, definitely...the more the merrier.

Carmen, yes, yes, and yes. Love the beach.

Shannon, oh you are brave. I don't like bugs, but the sound of camping sounds so awesome!

Laura, awesome!

brinkleboy, that sounds perfect! But yes, tennis in summer, wow, hot!

Sylvia, sounds like a perfect summer

Marti, agree, do things before it gets too hot

Lynda, I would too if it were not for our daughter, but even she doesn't like the hot temps. Cuddles up with a good book and fur babies is perfect!

Mimimcs, I bet you are!

jennicks, oh I want to go by the lake in a cabin! Sounds wonderful!

tastyfizz, flipflops, oh yea!

Favorite summer activities: camping, fishing, swimming, bike riding, walking, ice cream, parks, baseball games, water parks. I think that pretty much covers it!

Napping, scrapping, and the water park.

We love camping but it's too hot in the summer. We do all of our camping in the winter.

Shannon, Waterton is beautiful! Haven't been since I was a kid, but would love to take my boys camping there one year. Are there really no-bear zones?

Last year we hiked almost daily. This year we're swimming almost every day. Love, love, love the huge leaps my youngest has taken with his fear of the water. He's now jumping in the deep end all day if you let him and trying to touch the bottom.

Shannon, Waterton is beautiful! I live about 2 1/2 hours south of Glacier. I haven't been back country hiking/camping in many years but I did love doing it when I was younger. Grizzlies always freak me out. :o

I would have to say swimming. and reading a book in the shade. I don't get a lot of time to do either but I have managed a couple of times so far this summer. Heaven!
