QOTD | April 12

Deviled eggs? Love them or hate them?
I love them although I really only eat them at Easter.

@jjflair --
I personally prefer Miracle Whip to mayo so I just use that and add some sweet pickle relish and yellow mustard to the egg yolks then whip to a smooth consistency and add back into the egg hardboiled egg white. Then I sprinkle paprika on top. I think that's it, but I have made them for so many years, I kind of make them automatically, so I may have left something out! LOL Last year I added jalepeno sweet relish for a different twist along with sesame me seeds. It made for an awesome egg salad sandwich!

@lisa aka the funky fairy -- They are a traditional Easter food here in the States (or at least where I grew up). Basically they are hardboiled eggs that have had the yolks removed and mayo/Miracle Whip, yellow mustard, pickle relish and paprika (optional) added and then spooned back into the egg white.

I've had curried eggs before where you add curry powder to the hard yoke and mayo.

Sadly, the only eggs I eat are chocolate.... I know that's really bad but I've never been one for them!
