I chose the GLEE CD cover. It was perfect because I had all these photos from my sons birthday BBQ and didn't feel like making a bunch of LOs!

Thanks for the inspiration.

I loved the tickets on the Madonna cover, so I chose to use those as my inspiration.

Image

I used the luggage tickets from the March 2009- World's Fair CD kit and the SEI perforated tickets from the September 2009- Ali's favorites CD kit. I also used ticket stamps around the edge from Tim Holtz/Stampers Anon. (these are smaller than his originals because I picked them up at my local Michaels and they are made like the originals, but on a smaller scale). The title is made using a Scenic Route chipboard alpha and Basic Grey Micro Mini stickers. Journaling printed on a scrap from a Rusty Pickle line.

Love these pictures of the boys captured on Easter this year. Their bond, even at young age, is amazing!

Off to post this in my gallery as well! TFL!!

Here is the gallery code: gallery/image.php?album_id=96&image_id=10262

This was so fun Ronda. I knew exactly what I wanted to do. Conner wrote a book of poetry for school and one poem in particular was my favorite. He says he hates poetry but he wrote Son's of Dark Hair and it just took my breath away.

If you can't read it, it goes like this. (sorry, proud momma)

Son's of dark Hair

Spring days spent
fishing with my dad
hearing stories of my family
from me to Bud of Ireland
how we left
and settled
fall days spent at home
annoying my cat
fighting with Jamo (Jameson-his brother)
night spent with family
praying before we eat
and going to bed waiting for tomorrow.

I love what you guys did with the glee album cover and the Billy Brag inspired layouts are bomb.

Ronda, the album cover challenge is always sooo inspiring for me! I love it!
I chose the Lenka cover and in looking around online for a better view, I found the folded out version...
Image
Holy cow! I could do so much with this! I kind of want to do an entire mini-album!
But I restrained myself (for now) and came up with this...
