What's for dinner?

Postby Funky Fairy » Jan 11th, '16, 1:57 pm

What's for diner tonight ladies?

I popped a beef curry in the crock this morning and I'm just waiting for the rice to finish.
I haven't tried the recipe before. It's a slimming world recipe.

http://www.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/ ... -rice.aspx

I've also added fresh ginger and spring onions to it and I've used sweet potatoes instead of squash.
I've had to stop using squash unless Ade is around to cut it for me.
The cutting brings on a migraine. I really struggle :(

Looking forward to dishing up in a few minutes.

Yum! Love curry especially on these dark, rainy, cold evenings; we have some sort of curry once a week. Thanks for the recipe link! Tonight is a prosciutto tomato sauce over homemade pasta (using up cut lasagne noodles made for Xmas Eve).

Y'all are making me hungry now. I made a pot of homemade organic minestrone with veggie quinoa curl pasta.

Bear Creek Minestrone Soup in the bag. I think i've had this before. It's a product a friend gave for the holidays. She likes to give some of her favorite products - we've had Dove cream Oil Lotion, Burt's Bees lip balm and aquafina lip balm. I've loved everything she's given in the past

Mondays are soup days in my world. Today we will have Creamy Cheesy Taco soup. It's from iowagirleats.com
I'm going to check out that beef curry when I'm back home at the computer.

Sorry for your son missing his girlfriend Deb!

Tonight was leftover lasagna and sauce! Even better the next day I think.
