Re: Mini Book Madness - January

this blog post is awesome. I love doing mini books, but I have strayed from them recently as I am trying to get some 12x12 layouts done and the minis distract me :) There are great ideas on the blog.

Re: COME & CHAT WITH US - 01/28 - 02/03

I am meeting a friend for lunch today to talk about planning a trip to Spain, she took her family 2 years ago. Is anyone here from Spain? I am a little nervous about travelling in a country where I don't know the language.

Re: COME & CHAT WITH US - 01/28 - 02/03

Well I think we can all agree, just about every household is sick! My kids have alternated time off from school and I keep feeling on the verge, but not sick enough to justify lying around all day. I hope everyone gets over it all soon and gets back to daycare, school, or work. My week is filled wit...

Re: Spring Online Crop?

well this sounds fun! I love games to go along with challenges. I rarely have the time to commit to an all day event but I might have to try to finagle it this year.

Re: Basic Grey

I have always loved BG, but in the past 2 (?) years or so I wasn't feeling the love. This new line is great! It won't be at Joann's near me, as it is tiny and just discontinued stamps, waiting for the rest of the scrapbooking items to follow. I have a big Joann's about 30 minutes away, maybe if I go...

Re: TODAY....

today... I got up early and did some banking for my mom's estate. She passed away in October and the lawyer is just getting around to telling me things that need to be done by year end. I have finished making the beef veggie soup I started last night with the bones and scraps from Christmas dinner. ...

Re: JANUARY REVEAL: RAK #2

I think I will give this a try. My word this year will be completion. I have so many incomplete projects, most of which would be so easy to finish if I just put them on the table and put on the finishing touches.
Completion in 2013.

Re: Nearly Christmas Chat Thread 12/17-12/23

We went to a holiday review at a theatre in our downtown on Saturday afternoon, then the kids went separate ways to their activities. Sunday Josh and I took the kids to a shopping district - took one he took the other and they picked out presents for each other and us. We went to a nice lunch, but t...

Re: QOTD 12/13/2012 - Complaining

I have been known to go to the manager of the store and suggest to them they teach the cashiers to ask for the next person in line, and then take the NEXT person in line. :) My kids laugh at me because when we go to a restaurant there was a time when the trip wasn't complete without a manager stoppi...

Re: QOTD 12/17/2012 - weather

here in Pennsylvania, it is overcast with misting rain. I don't know the temp, but I only have on a light sweater and I was fine at the grocery store. A good day to clean the studio since we haven't gotten the tree up and I was planning on putting on the lights today.

Re: QOTD 12/11/2012 - Christmas Shopping

I have done more on line shopping this year than ever. My teen daughter wants to go shopping this weekend so I will be at the mall. I have tried to keep my in store shopping to local businesses, it is a hard goal. At this point I need some fun gifts for my son - he is 15 and starting to care about h...
