Just a reminder that Sunday AM (late Saturday night) the time will change, fall back an hour. So some may need to remember t...

My July kit project

I was unwrapping a new surge protector and found the heavy cardboard to be perfect for a mini album. I added a mini 2 ring binder I had around. I used my July kit and some other Cocoa Daisy embellies from old kits to put it together. I love the papers in the July kit. I still have plenty left to mak...

Re: It's the weekend

I would love to share what is happening in my little town :) A little back story: In the 50's there was a movie called "The Blob" starring Steve McQueen - a kitchy sci-fi movie about a blob of something eating up a town and killing people. Some of it was shot in the town of Phoenixville - ...

Re: Project Life Question - sort of...

I was thinking along the lines of Pam. Just do a little journaling about how jet lagged you were, what you could and couldn't do because of the travel, or reflect on coming back to your society vs what you saw in China.

NYC in the fall is fantastic!! You will love it. Pack for hot and cold though, you never know in Oct, it often gets hotter than you think it will, and sometimes it will snow :)

new project life sub question

Will the new project life kits offered in the subscription be available as add-ons for the regular kit subscribers, or will the only way to get it is to subscribe?

Re: Share your thoughts on future Project Art kits

I just had a class with gelatos and I bought the biggest box I could find! they are so fun and versatile. We mixed them with a paste and ran it across a stencil with a flat spreader, then it dried raised. I don't know what the paste was that we used and I loved the effect. I know you sell stencils i...

Re: Favor to Ask about Location?

this is a great thread! I live in Phoenixville Pennsylvania we butt up to Valley Forge National Park. This is an area where, during the American Revolution George Washington ( a general in the army at the time) brought his rag- a - tag troops to learn how to be soldiers. They thought the British wou...

Re: Google maps

oh wow! I went to Sweden today! I have done this and looked at my house, but I have never thought to share it with my internet friends. Re: Who here does art journaling/mixed media journaling?

I have been ready to start art journaling, I just need to find some creativity and time together.

When you are working on a page directly in the journal, do you put something between the next pages to protect them?

Re: paper trimmers!

I have tried quite a few trimmers. Guillotine and rotary, quite a few fiskars now I use the Stampin Up trimmer. I am really impressed with it and I hear they are coming out with an attachment that will change it to a rotary blade if you prefer that.
