I wish I could find this vendor's name. They were at CKC Houston in Jan 2008 and were selling these albums made out of license plates. I knew we were headed to San Francisco for a vacation so I bought one. I finally made it into a mini album right before our trip a few weeks ago. Now I just need to fill it up with our memorabilia and photos!
